We can: correct factual errors in our rules and strategy guides, fix a wrong basic-strategy move or house-edge figure, update casino bonus terms, clarify our rating methodology, evaluate new operators for the audit pass-list, accept guest features with verifiable data, and hear out reader disputes with casinos we've recommended (we'll do our best to escalate).
We can't: assist with individual casino account issues — for that, contact the operator's support directly. We can't reverse declined withdrawals, issue bonuses, or arbitrate gambling disputes.
